Kubrick = 2.25 inches Lego = 1.6 inches These curious items are made in China for, I'm guessing, primarily Japanese audiance -- ages 13 (or 14) and up, as it says on the boxes. The Kubrick name could be from Ku which may mean nine in Japanese. The Kubrick logo certainly is from a movie logo. Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange Not coincidentally, credited on a couple Kubrick boxes is a design firm named homedroogs, inc. Homedroogs logo Kubrick figures are of off-beat people. Sid Vicious Andy Warhol Graffiti artists are often showcased. A Kubrick designed by the artist Stash. Kubrick sigures also salute an unpredictable range of movies. And all -- surprisingly -- fully authorized. 'The Blair Witch Project' Universal Studios Monsters 'Amilee' 'Matrix Reloaded' 'Monsters Inc.'
