'Han Shot First'

'Star Wars,' in 1977, introduces Han Solo as an outlaw. Han shoots and
kills a guy who's threatening him. In 1997, the movie was jazzed up with
new special effects and new scenes. And the Han Solo intro scene was
re-edited so Han shoots only after the other guy shoots first. I guess
in an effort to make Han seem like more of a hero-type.

Fans of the original movie thought changing that particuar scene was a
bad idea. Hence this T-shirt. It's a protest of the revised scene. The
fans liked that Han was a scary guy. The kind of guy who would shoot
first.

Because it is authorized, this shirt has the advantage of being able to
use an actual likeness of Han Solo. But this shirt portrays Han in a
pose that is nothing like the 'Han Shot First' scene. Han was sitting at
a table in that scene.

The fan shirt invokes the movie through typography alone by mimicking
the 'Star Wars' logo.

Nice job.
