With full acknowledgement and blame to Ken Avidor, creator of Roadkill Bill. Roadkill Jill says, I got an e-mail that says if we all don't buy gas on May 15, we'll bring down gas prices! It says the last boycott like this, in 1997, dropped gas prices by 30 cents per gallon! Del thinks, You'd think I'd-a read something about that . . . Roadkill Jill says, Just think, all we need to do is have enough people not buy gas on May 15 and we will bring Big Oil to its knees! The power of the marketplace in action! I'm personally going to fill up on the 14th. Don't want to run out of gas on 'Don't Pump' gas day! That'd be embarrassing. End Gassy. (May 11, 2007)
